Return

• We can not return money. We can only return money when the product is broken. We will make sure that the product  is protected. If you receive a broken product please contact us via “Tvd.merchandise@gmail.com’. You have to send proof by taking a picture of the broken product to us otherwise we will not react to your mail. Costs for the return are at your own expense. 

 

Shipping 

• Shipping can take up to a month. We will send your order to you as soon as possible. Within the delivery costs there is a track and trace code, so you can follow your order anytime.
